The Black Otter is the commercial pseudonym for Oliver Robinson, a freelance web developer and web programmer with eight years commercial experience.

My clients include web design and web marketing agencies in the northwest of England, where I usually work as part of a larger web development team, specialising in the programming of websites.

My broad range of IT skills, which includes a background in design work, allows me to undertake complete web development projects for individual clients.

Based in Burnley in East Lancashire, just off the M65 (see map) I can easily reach destinations within the Northwest, or develop projects from home if required.
